About the Author
I’m Dr. Sagashus Levingston—a mother of six, a PhD, and a woman who had to figure it out while everything felt like it was falling apart.
I wrote A Pot to P*ss In with organizations and institutions like yours in mind—because I’ve been on both sides. I’ve taken classes, benefited from services, and led workshops in spaces like yours. This book was, in part, born from that experience.
It’s a story I needed—and one I saw reflected in so many of the women and communities I serve. It was created to be part of a larger ecosystem—one that includes your organization, the people you serve, and the communities you’re all working within. This work is meant to support that ecosystem and help shape the systems that shape us.
