Why Coaching

I didn’t come to coaching by accident. I learned early on that even the most brilliant, disciplined women need someone to walk alongside them.

When I was in grad school, I met a German woman named Suzy. She was finishing her program faster than almost anyone else. Curious, I asked her what her secret was.

Her answer? The Writing Center.

Every week, without fail, she booked an hour with an instructor. That’s how she worked through writer’s block, refined her ideas, and kept finishing.

When I saw how powerful it was for her, I tried it too — and it changed everything. That practice became part of how I move in the world: whatever I set out to do, even in areas where I’m already an expert, I make sure I have a coach.

It sharpens you. It stretches you. It makes sure you don’t just start — you finish.

That’s why I coach. And that’s why I encourage other women — especially coaches — to do the same. We deserve support, strategy, and a partner in our brilliance. Without apology.

THE I.N.F.A.M³.O.U.S WHEEL

The Wheel is our map. Stratagems help you choose your moves. Coaching is where we work through both together.

The I.N.F.A.M³.O.U.S. Method℠ is the overall framework. Its eight-pillar Wheel, organized into four zones, helps you locate where you are and what needs attention: Vision, Identity, Execution, or Breakthrough.

The Art of Stratagems develops the skills for acting within that map. We read the situation, recognize leverage, shape the conditions, choose a deliberate maneuver, and evaluate the result.

For example, the Wheel may help you see that Execution needs attention. A stratagem might involve changing your schedule, using a relationship or resource you have overlooked, or redesigning an offer so your next step becomes possible.

In group coaching, you bring a real situation. We connect it to the Wheel, practice an intentional move, and return to reflect on what happened. The dedicated Art of Stratagems workshop teaches those skills in greater depth.
