Refund Policy

At Infamous Mothers, our offerings are designed to be intentional, high-touch, and transformative. We ask that you enroll and purchase with care.

Coaching Programs & Experiences (Including Becoming Infamous)

24-Hour Grace Period

You may request a full refund within 24 hours of your purchase, provided you have not attended any session or accessed program materials.

After 24 Hours

All sales are final.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • missed sessions

  • scheduling conflicts

  • changes in availability

  • personal circumstances

Transfer Policy

We understand that life happens.

You may request a one-time transfer to a future cohort under the following conditions:

  • Request must be made at least 7 days before the program start date

  • Transfers are limited to one per participant

  • Your spot will be moved to the next available cohort

Once the Program Begins

  • No refunds

  • No transfers

  • No credits

Your investment remains in place regardless of attendance.

Retreats & In-Person Experiences (Including Pleasure & Power)

24-Hour Grace Period

You may request a full refund within 24 hours of your purchase, provided no materials, bonuses, or access have been used.

After 24 Hours

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of in-person events, we do not offer refunds for any reason, including:

  • travel issues

  • illness

  • scheduling conflicts

  • changes in availability

Transfer Policy

You may request a one-time transfer to a future retreat under the following conditions:

  • Request must be made at least 14 days prior to the event start date

  • Transfers are limited to one per participant

  • Your registration will be applied to the next available retreat

If You Cannot Attend

  • Your payment remains in place

  • No credits or partial refunds will be issued

We strongly recommend securing travel insurance if you are traveling to attend.

Membership (Infamous Mothers Society)

Membership fees are non-refundable.

You may cancel your membership at any time.
Your access will continue through the end of your current billing cycle.

Physical Products (Books, Journals, Card Decks)

All physical product sales are final.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at customer@infamousmothers.com with photos, and we will resolve the issue.

Digital Products

All digital product purchases are non-refundable.
