Cha Rae Smith is founder of Fitness Sisters established in 2015 to help her community get healthier. Even as a health and fitness enthusiast, she knows how to juggle being a wife and mom of 3. Being certified in Group Fitness and volunteering as Youth Health and Fitness Mentor, Cha Rae knows how to keep you busy and enjoy life. As she continues to build her sisterhood and community of women, she is determined to reach more and more women daily to help them with their wellness journey.
Fitness Sisters started as a women-only weight loss group on Facebook. It quickly outgrew its original purpose becoming one stop shop for support, accountability, motivation and opportunity to connect with other women not online only but in real life as well.
